Celebrating World Environment Day at the National Zoo in Dhaka, Bangladesh

In a remarkable display of environmental consciousness, Rotaract of Dhaka Pacific, led by IPP Said Al Saba, co-hosted an event to commemorate World Environment Day at the National Zoo in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The event aimed to promote tree plantation, and plastic cleaning, and raise awareness about the importance of preserving our planet. Notably, this initiative also witnessed the collaboration of prestigious organizations from our country, further amplifying its impact.

Tree Plantation:

The serene grounds of the National Zoo were transformed into a green paradise as Rotaract of Dhaka Pacific spearheaded a tree plantation drive. Led by IPP Said Al Saba, enthusiastic volunteers came together to plant a variety of saplings, contributing to the expansion of the city's green cover. The event served as a powerful reminder of the role each of us can play in combating climate change and preserving our environment for future generations.

Information booths and interactive displays were set up to educate attendees on topics such as climate change, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable practices. Through engaging discussions and informative sessions, the event succeeded in empowering individuals with knowledge and inspiring them to take action in their daily lives.
