 Once upon a time, as COVID-19 began to spread in Bangladesh, my heart was filled with a desire to help those who were struggling during the lockdown. Despite the risks, I knew that I needed to volunteer and provide assistance to those affected by this virus. It was a challenging decision, as our country was experiencing a surge of daily cases.

With unwavering determination and a strong sense of duty, I decided to step up and do my part for our community, even if it meant putting my own health and safety on the line. Alongside other dedicated volunteers, as well as the support of national and international NGOs, and our government, we worked tirelessly to provide aid to those affected by COVID-19.

Today, as I reflect back on my time as a volunteer, I am humbled to have received recognition for our efforts in the form of a certificate of appreciation. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to make a positive impact during these challenging times and will always cherish the memories of the hard work and dedication that went into this life-changing experience.
